The Clara Barton Commission was founded in early 2025. The Commission differs from previous iterations of Competition administration (e.g. the Clara Barton Competition Committee, Clara Barton Fellows, and the CBC Corporation) by working both to facilitate the annual competition but also to provide an array of ways for former competitors, coaches, judges, and other interested parties to become involved with subsequent editions of the Competition as well as the Red Cross and Red Crescent movement at large.
